One of the things that really stood out is how Andy was able to think through details and prepare the home for the listing and open houses, including making subtle changes to “modernize” the appearance to improve buyer interest while also effectively staging and hosting the open houses. I’d lived in the home for more than 15 years and in that time had personalized it and filled it - Andy was a great partner in planning the move out and sale preparations, including some cosmetic improvements, which resulted in a very strong (and ultimately accepted) offer after the first weekend. Since then I’ve recommended Andy to others given how positive my experience was.

We originally met him hosting an open house (at a home that was out of our price range) and we felt so lucky to have met him that day! His energy was enthusiastic and he was very knowledgable. And it was prefect timing as we were in need of a new agent at that time. From there he helped us through the sale of our condo for $40k over our asking price and then helped us navigate the purchase of our current home in Los Angeles. The buying and selling in Los Angeles can be extremely difficult and tedious, Andy was patient with us and always came up with out of the box ideas that ultimately helped us close on a home in a very competitive market at the time. Andy is also GREAT about maintaining relationships within the industry and with his clients. He is a connector of people in the best way.
